  1. Hi, Veronika — I enjoyed all of these, as well as the ones from New Mexico. You are so brave (maybe even a little crazy?) to drive up to 14,000 feet in the dark! Where is Nikki while you’re doing your photography adventures? Love and peace, Anna

    • You made me laugh. Yes, I felt a little crazy driving the road in the dark. Luckily, I arrived the day before and did a test run in the afternoon.

Nikki stays with a lovely family in Mead when I am away and plays with other dogs.

  2. Your inspirational photos bring so much light and joy to my world! Thank you so very much!

    • Thank you so much, Jean. I appreciate that you take the time to comment on my blog.

  3. Hi Veronika,
Is there anything better than greeting the beginning of a new day, especially on a mountaintop in Colorado. A tense-filled drive, but well worth it. Such a beautiful sky, but I love the way you included the rock formation in the lower right hand corner. It may seem a small touch, but it hit the spot. What a beautiful experience. Take care, my friend. Judy

    • Awesome! I am so blessed to live near such a special and sacred place.

  4. Wow Veronica, As always your photographs are breathtaking. I love seeing them, and miss talking to you and Nikki. Hope all is well where you are. Keep up the great work.
